Removal and replacement of U-tube heaters with new Nortek units

Works included removing two existing U-tube heaters and installing two new Nortek U-tube heaters, plus a single control panel and sensor to run both units. ABS also installed flues, connected into the existing gas pipework, and completed full testing, commissioning and certification.

Heater replacement with centralised control

After a site survey, ABS supplied and fitted two Nortek U-tube heaters and a shared control panel to provide reliable, evenly distributed warm air with simple zoned control. The installation was planned to integrate with the facility’s existing services to minimise disruption and meet safety standards.
