ABS attended a major distribution facility in Coventry following routine servicing of the site’s heating system. During inspection, faults were identified with the existing floor-standing cast iron Regency boilers, which required replacement to maintain reliable heating and improve system efficiency across the premises.
The project involved removing two ageing floor-standing boilers and replacing them with two new Ideal Evomax condensing boilers. ABS completed the full installation including new flue systems, insulated pipework, controls, water treatment, commissioning, and system setup.

ABS supplied and installed two Ideal Evomax 80kW condensing boilers mounted on low-level frame kits. New insulated flow and return pipework was installed, alongside upgraded controls and a room sensor to improve operational efficiency and user control. The project also included installation of a new flue system completed during out-of-hours working to minimise disruption.
Removed existing cast iron boilers and installed 2 x Ideal Evomax 80kW condensing boilers.
Installed new insulated pipework, controls, room sensor, waste connections, and magnetic filtration.
Completed full commissioning, water treatment, gas certification, and out-of-hours flue installation.
