Martyn Arnold Steps Down as Director of ABS Ltd After 47 Years

After more than four decades at the helm, Martyn Arnold has announced his decision to step down as Director of ABS Ltd, effective 22 May 2025.

Martyn has been a part of ABS since the age of 22 and has played a central role in shaping the company into what it is today. Over 47 years, he has led countless major projects and built strong relationships across the industry — many of which have turned into lasting friendships.

What’s Next

As part of the leadership transition:

• Ben Jones will now take over responsibility for site surveying
• Matthew Williams will lead the business going forward, supported by Chris Arnold and Ashley Potts
